Not What I’d hoped For

I recently started the 5/2 intermittent fasting in addition to eating a whole food/plant based diet. I was hoping this cookbook would give me some good 500 calorie meal plans for my fasting days. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit in with a WFPB diet and contains a lot of meat and dairy.
